AVG Technologies Reviews
I was already running two commercially available anti-virus programs. Somehow, a trojan horse type program got past both of those programs and I started to notice unauthorized changes in some of my programs. I called an in-home computer service to check out my computers. They recommended AVG as an add-on to what I already had. They installed the free version and ran it. On the first scan the AVG software detected all the problems and they were fixed. I also changed my WAN IP address as an additional safety measure and I now feel a lot more secure. I then bought the AVG Ultimate Internet Security 2015 program and installed it. The program runs in the background and is constantly vigilant about protection. I am amazed at how much junk it filters and keeps my computers safe.
