I came here after a recommendation from my sister who took her ACLS class 6 months ago. She told me that Alex was really good with people, funny, nice and most of all very patient. From my experience this was all true.
He takes his time and explains everything and is really nice about answering questions. We also did a lot of hands on training so it isn't like you are sitting in the class listening to someone talk all day. There is a written portion as well as hands on demonstration portion of the test, and Alex lets you practice that until you are really good with that. He makes everything very straight forward.
