Starline put us in a windowed/closed bus, as it had rained that morning and there was a chance of rain later in the day. I didn't mind being in an enclosed bus.
The tour guide was chipper and engaging, a Croatian man. When we buzzed down Rodeo Drive and the other shopping /dining strip, he mentioned that the stars don't head out for shopping and lunch until after noon, so if you want to see the actual stars, then take the afternoon tour.
