I have been with 1&1 for a year coming over from what I consider to be the worst hosting company on the internet — WEB.COM.After a year with 1&1, I am extremely shocked at what I have read as the reviews here. I have always found their customer service will do all they can for me. One exception cost my company a lot of time and money correcting the problem and they made good on every dime of it. The one thing I hated was calling in for our store and having to wait until someone was available at the store level because you always went into the regular site side first. That has been corrected. Now you can go straight into the store support.
