This is a 5 star rating based upon how I use this set: I took the clips off these extensions and sewed them together in layers to make a one-piece that adds volume. Yes on it's own, one set of these is thin and the ends have to be trimmed. But put all together it does well for me. It does shed, but no more than the volumizer that I paid 3x as much for. I have thin hair, so this blends well with my hair. I also highlighted it (left the dye on about 30 min like they do at the salon), and have gotten them wavy with a curling iron. I will most likely buy another set when this one needs replacing.
