Everything was perfect right up to the delivery. There were 5 pallets of furniture and one guy in a truck with a broken lift gate. I'm not sure what the plan was to get it off the truck. Push it out? Rely on strong stay at home duing the work week neighbors? Thankfully my husband decided to be the one to wait for it (last minute change) because if it was just the driver and I we couldn't have done it! I would have gladly paid extra for white glove service too; opening and recycling all the plastic and cardboard took days!
