Second time taking the Spirit of Charleston on a dinner cruise. Both times have been for work. The food was absolutely outstanding this past time. I can't remember the first time, but I'm sure it was good if we went back. We had a work retreat dinner on Friday night, and had a pre-selected menu. The ribeye was one of the best I've had in years. Not kidding. Others at our table had the shrimp and grits and pork chop option, which they thought were good. It was rather cold this cruise and dark, so we stayed inside. The last time we took the cruise was during the summer and the views were magnificent. May seem touristy, but good for locals too. My wife is a Charleston native, and I lived there for 5 years. Great easy way to see the city from the water.
