what a great rental car company! I'll have to admit, I was a little scared booking with the company because of some of the reviews, however I was blown away by them and would rent from them anytime. It started when I made the booking for their premium convertible. The internet stated it would be a BMW 4 series or Audi A4 “or similar.” I made the simple request of getting the BMW on the reservation page, which I knew they could not guarantee, but was my request. When I got to the airport at midnight, I waited maybe 5 min for the shuttle to pull up. The van was very nice and it was a 5 min ride to their off site location. When I got there at 12:30 am they have 3 people working the desks. I didn't have to wait at all!! I loved it.
