I love the UI and all the functionality that comes along with the tool (both their meeting center product and event center). The recording feature is amazing! The fact that I can record a meeting and a few minutes after the meeting, receive a link to the recorded meeting is awesome. Being able to share specific assets (presentations, spreadsheets, webpages, etc…) vs. my desktop is also something that I really like. Their mobile app is wonderful. Simply click on the meeting link, and the system will automatically connect you via phone or computer. So easy! Their outlook integration works awesome! Use it all the time. I didn't have this with GoTo and really missed it. They might have it now, but it's a big time saver. I've used both WebEx and GoTo. GoTo is a really good as well, but after having used them both extensively…I definitely prefer WebEx.
